PICTURE DAYS

Picture Day scheduled for Saturday, September 22 has been postponed due to possible inclement weather. It has been re-scheduled for Saturday, September 29th.
The location for Picture Days is Central Middle school on Arroyo across from Burton Park. (same as last year)
U6 banners with 2 rebar poles each need to be brought to Central no later than 7:45am and picked up at 4:00pm each Saturday.
Make-ups for Individuals who cannot come on either Picture Day will be on Tuesday night, September 25 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm -- same location. There will be NO TEAM make-ups.
Please look at the examples of products offered (Cherish07
 ) and pricing (Pahl 01 sports Top ). Circle the products you order and keep these two sheets for reference.
Fill out the order form (Pahl 01 Bottom
) in squares with your information, your order, amount to pay, etc., then staple an envelope with your payment to this "bottom" order form and bring with you to Picture Day to hand to photographer. Please have every player fill out bottom of order form and bring with them to give to photographer even if no additional photos are ordered further to league package that is provided.
We are offering some exciting new products this year -- be sure to check them out! We will have examples of all products to view at tables with helpers who can make change for you, answer questions, and take payments while marking your forms paid.
There will be a volunteer to check in your team, help the players line up "low jersey number to high" for their Individual photos (height order for U6) and make sure each player has their completed Order Form in hand.
Coaches: Please help with young players’ positioning and name identification. Photographer will take Individual photo and then player will move to their Group Photo bench to wait for the others. When all are seated and arranged, two Group shots will be taken, along with a Polaroid for Yearbook Picture identification. Immediately after Group shot, ALL PLAYERS who are NOT Coaches Kids, please exit. Coaches will then sit with their own player(s) for the Coach & Kid 8x10 posed portrait.
Finally, Coach(es) please help the Yearbook volunteer identify Players' Names on the seating chart provided by viewing Polaroid of Group Photo. Please bring a copy of your typed roster to attach to the team photo (including jersey numbers where applicable). This will avoid name misspellings. PLEASE NOTE: Get to know your players' names BEFORE Picture Day! We need U6 players' names on our Order Forms at Individual station and all players' names for Yearbook after photos have been taken! THANK YOU!!!
To reiterate, there are no group make-ups for numerous good reasons so BE THERE with as many team members/coaches as possible! INDIVIDUAL make-ups can come to Individual Photographer without appointment during either Saturday session (8am to 5pm) or on Tuesday night, September 25, 4-7pm; make-ups same place as Picture Day at Central -- just come by and we’ll fit you in between Teams!
We will have examples of Action Photography option for parents to sign their team up for at our tables as well with prices and details.
