Overview

San Carlos AYSO strives to have each and every coach trained to provide a fun soccer learning experience for each player and team. We offer Coach training courses for the beginner Coach as well as the experienced Coach. Courses are offered through our local Region 107, our Area 2N, our Section 2 and National AYSO.

AYSO has courses for each age division, U6 throuigh U19. In order to foster a safe and positive environment for our players AYSO requires every Coach Volunteer to attend the Safe Haven and Positive Coaching Alliance courses.

The course work is provided through a combination of classroom studies, on-line courses and field training. Safe Haven, U8, and U10 on-line course work can be accessed through the AYSO On-line Training and Certification web site. The Positive Coaching course can be found at the Positive Coaching Alliance web site.
