San Carlos AYSO Coaching Clinics

Below is the schedule for the coaching clinics for the 2008 fall season.  At least one coach (the head coach) needs to be fully certified in order to coach and train a team.  This year we have three sessions to choose from for U6, U8 and U10 leagues and one for U12.  Note that all clinics have a class room session and a field session and both are required for certification.  For the U6-U10 leagues there is the option to take both sessions in a single day (5/31 or 8/9) or on two consecutive evenings in August.

Golden Gate Camp
August 1st - 3rd



Section 2 announces Golden Gate Camp for 2008.  The venue is again in the hills just east of Oakland at St. Mary’s College, Moraga, California,.

This is an annual retreat for the advanced training of Coaches, Referees and Instructors.  There are two levels of Instructor training for Referee, Coach and AYSO Management.  Courses are open to all AYSO members anywhere in the country.  Saint Mary’s College in Moraga provides an excellent setting without distractions.  This year classes will be held in air conditioned classrooms.   Class size is limited, so enroll early to guarantee a spot!
